Business performance management is about defining the strategic direction of a business and driving that strategy into action. It is a clear process that many businesses are using to ensure that their employees are working towards an agreed set of goals. Core to performance management is ownership for strategy. BPP works with clients to ensure that everyone in the client business buys in and owns the company strategy.

Business etiquette is concerned with how we do business. In our training programmes we cover a range of topics that are all focused on building long term profitable relationships with clients.
