Business Performance Perspectives

Pamela Fay MBS (International Marketing), BA Business Studies,
BA Marketing

I worked with the EBS, Bord Bia, V3 Marketing, Gilbeys of Ireland and Diageo prior to establishing Business Performance Perspectives (BPP) in 2003.

I was a project manager in the small business and speciality foods area in Bord Bia (The Irish Food Board) for four years, during which time I supported Irish food companies in all elements of export marketing.

I was also responsible for developing the pilot business performance management (BPM) programme for Gilbeys of Ireland and was subsequently appointed as BPM manager for Diageo Ireland. The pilot BPM programme from Ireland is now being implemented across all Diageo markets worldwide.

I have developed and delivered management and marketing effectiveness programmes for a range of companies since establishing BPP. I focus on performance management development, implementation and training enabling companies to deliver strategy into action.

Since early 2006 I also deliver business etiquette training in businesses. As good business relationships are a key element of business success, I work with companies to improve the way that they do business.

I am currently completing a Higher Diploma in Executive and Business Coaching at the Smurfit Business School in UCD, Dublin.
